$250 and let all Realtors in your area market your property to their buyers. You
retain the right to market and sell your home yourself and avoid paying any buyer's
agent commission if you find the buyer first.
No upfront payment is required.

a week, 12 hours a day. After each showing CSS will automatically email each agent
request for showing feedback which will be forwarded to you.
